Sugar Cubes

Our handcrafted, adorable sugar cubes are made from farm-grown fruit, edible flowers, and herbs. We use a slow, cold-pressing method inspired by traditional Korean cheong (macerating fruits, flowers, or roots with equal parts sugar to create a naturally concentrated syrup) which is then blended into sugar and dehydrated in molds to form vibrant, flavorful cubes. Add these cubes to teas, cocktails, or mocktails, or crush them up to rim glasses or sprinkle over baked goods.
